That’s right. Bonnie-Damon.net has won its first award for being one of the only sources out there representing and presenting news surrounding the fiery characters which make up the ship of Bamon- Bonnie Bennett and Damon Salvatore.

The 2011 Bamon awards announced its winners and Bonnie-Damon.net came out as the winner of the ‘Best Bamon web-related site’ banner.

So congratulations to the founders of the site- Tiffany and Ally- and also to all those who won a banner, voted and constantly contribute to the Bamon community.

This week, fortunately for us Bonnie and Damon fans, EOnline had our backs. They managed to lift up our patiently waiting Bamon spirits by talking to the lovely Katerina Graham about Bamon fans and future interactions between the characters of interest.

We’ve got you, girl! When we recently chatted with Kat Graham we made sure to tell her that we received one or two…or 50 Bamon-related tweets. “Oh my gosh! They will drag you into the Bamon world—it’s so funny! There is none of that so far and I’m actually having more scenes with Paul than with Ian [Somerhalder], but Ian and I are very close.” Don’t start reaching for the tissues just yet book lovers! Kat tell us that she adores her Bamon fans: “They’re wonderful…I would put them up there with Beliebers. Bamon and Beliebers, they’re strong.”

Here that, fellow Bamon fans? Katerina Graham called us strong- and indirectly (like Beliebers) passionate.

Although, according to Katerina Graham, our dynamic duo aren’t set for any major scenes very soon, don’t dismay Bamon fans; that doesn’t put to ash our  hopes for any scenes at all, and ultimately our Bamon endgame.

In the mean time, we can relish in the plot twist involving Bonnie and her mother and the Stefan/Damon/Bonnie team up already ensued against Klaus.

Hey guys! TVD is almost back soon, and for all you bamonators who haven’t watched any videos or heard anything fro Comic-Con 2011 here is a very interesting interview Ian Somerhalder had, in which he talks ab0ut Bamon!

He starts the interview by saying

Sleeping with a witch woud probably be pretty interesting…. Bad thoughts, go away.

He then continues brining absolute music to our ears-

Kat and I have… Damon and Bonnie have a really cool dynamic. I remember studying that scene where they’re dancing together and I saw that scene and I said: Woah man, that really works, look at these two.

Then Ian Somerhalder, being Ian Somerhalder, proceed to put on a high pitched voice, pretending to be Jeremy, showing his reaction to a Bonnie/Damon hook up.

You imagine Jeremy coming after Damon like ‘Stay away from my girlfriend!’ banging on his chest, and Damon’s sitting there going, ‘Really? We hooked up once kid. It was fun. Leave me alone.’

Hey, guys! As some of you may or may not have seen, in the next two episodes ‘Know Thy Enemy’ (April 7th- episode 2-17) and ‘The Last Dance’ (April 14th- episode 2-18) There are going to be Bamon scenes!

The episodes stills show-2- pictures of Jeremy, Bonnie and Damon all working together in ‘Know Thy Enemy’ and there is a behind the scenes shot in ‘The Last Dance’ of Bonnie working some magic mojo on Damon. Maybe they’re working together? Maybe since ‘The Last Dance’ involves a 60′s themed dance at the school- with epic costumes, I may add- they may just run into each other and have a quick little dance…? Maybe not, but I hope these photos lift your Bamon hopes high! <3
